About PanGenome DBThis database contains a pan genome of all complete viruses from BetaCoronaVirus. Here "panX" methods were employed to extract and compare and visualize genes from different genomes in order to create clusters of related genes defining a core genome (genes present in all genomes compared) and also accessory genome (genes present in some but not all genomes). Core gene clusters were used in producing species tree while all individual gene clusters were used in producing gene family trees. Alignments from which these trees were produced are available for download. Comments, suggestions for improvements, bug reports etc are welcome.
